This is a PSA Closed Satellite Event.
Venue: LONDT PARK SQUASH CLUB
Date: 25 March 2022 – 27 March 2022
Entry deadline: Thursday 10 March 2022 23:45.
This tournament will be played under PSA, Squash SA and Eastern Province tournament rules.
ALL COVID-19 regulations as prescribed by Squash SA will be strictly followed and enforced.
Rules of entry and tournament regulations:
1. Only registered and paid up Squash SA players are eligible to enter
2. The tournament will be played using the PSA knock-out system with plates for the main events and swiss pairing format for all other sections. The draw will be posted on the SportyHQ website and players will be informed when the draw is available.

2. Entries will be accepted once proof of payment of R300 is provided. PSA members are exempt from paying an entry fee. Late entries will not be accepted.
3. A player withdrawing after the closing date will be liable for the entry fee. A fine may be issued to players withdrawing without a valid reason (E.g. injury).
4. Players are to arrive at the venue 30 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
5. It is obligatory for all players to mark / referee the match following their match, unless another official is appointed to officiate that match.
9. Squash SA’s code of conduct will be in force.
6. Tournament Referee: TBA.
7. Tournament Referee’s decision is final on all matters.
7. Prize-winners are requested to attend the prize giving function or forfeit their prize. If you are a prize winner and it is not possible to attend the prize giving for an exceptional circumstance, kindly notify the tournament organiser no later than 10am on Sunday 27 March 2022.
8. By entering you agree that photos taken at and during the event will be posted on our social media platforms.
COVID-19 Refund policy: -
1. Full refund on individual positive test result prior to the start of the tournament
2. Full refund for all entrants if tournament is cancelled due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions
*Spectators:
Only Fully Vacinated Spectators are permitted. Proof thereof to provided on entry into the venue.
All Covid-19 Regulations will be strictly enforced throughout the Tournament.
