Tournament Rules and Regulations
1. The following rules will apply to all sections:
(a) The tournament may be played using the SWISS PAIRING FORMAT (16 Draws)
(b) Matches will start at 16.30pm on TUESDAY 23rd APRIL.
(c) Late entries will not be accepted.
(d) A player withdrawing after the draws have been made will be liable for the entry
fee and until paid will not be able to play league or enter any other tournament.
(e) Prize-winners must attend the prize giving function or forfeit their prize.
(f) A player not arriving for a match or withdrawing without good reason (e.g.
injury) in the tournament will forfeit all prize money and may be fined up to R500
and barred from future tournaments (as decided by disciplinary committee).
(g) Tournament Referee: Craig van der Wath. Tournament Referee’s decision is final on
all matters.
2. By entering you agree to receive communications agreements, documents and notices that we provide
in connection with The Racket Shop/Parkview Squash Centre. You also agree that photo’s taken at the event may be posted on our social media platforms
