Venue: LONDT PARK SQUASH CLUB
Date: Friday 26 March – Sunday 28 March 2021

Entry deadline: Sunday 14 March 00:00. ENTER ON/BEFORE TUES 9 MARCH TO RECEIVE A TOURNAMENT DRI-FIT T-SHIRT.
This tournament will be played under PSA, Squash SA and Eastern Province tournament rules.

ALL COVID-19 regulations as prescribed by Squash SA will be strictly followed and enforced.

Rules of entry and tournament regulations:
1. The tournament will be played using the PSA knock-out system with plates for the main events and swiss pairing format for all other sections. The draw will be posted on the SportyHQ website and players will be informed when the draw is available.
2. Entries will be accepted once proof of payment of R300 is provided. PSA members are exempt from paying an entry fee. Late entries will not be accepted.
3. A player withdrawing after the closing date will be liable for the entry fee. A fine may be issued to players withdrawing without a valid reason (E.g. injury).
4. Players are to arrive at the venue 30 minutes before their scheduled match time.
5. Players are obliged to mark and referee the match following theirs unless the tournament referee is available to referee.
6. Tournament Referee: Peter Ryder. Tournament Referee’s decision is final on
all matters.
7. Prize-winners are requested to attend the prize giving function or forfeit their prize. If you are a prize winner and it is not possible to attend the prize giving for an exceptional circumstance, kindly notify the tournament organiser no later than 10am on Sunday 28 March.
8. By entering you agree to receive communication from Sanlam advisors face-to-face during the tournament (this is obligation-free). You also agree that photos taken at the event will be posted on our social media platforms.
